Job summary

Premier Foods is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Mr Kipling. Based in St Albans with hybrid work, you will own significant portions of the portfolio, transform consumer insights into winning plans and drive momentum across categories and retailers.

You will lead innovation, activations and align with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver results, while mentoring a Marketing Graduate and guiding cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG brand marketing at Brand Manager level or higher.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget ownership and results delivery.
• Passion for consumer insight, innovation and building beloved brands.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with turning strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the Mr Kipling portfolio and deliver against commercial objectives.
• Translate consumer, shopper and market insights into growth plans.
• Lead innovation projects from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Develop brand activations across digital, social and retail channels.
• Partner with Sales, Category and Commercial teams to drive customer success.
• Coach and develop Marketing Graduate and lead cross-functional teams.
