Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Group Brand Manager to own the long-term vision, P&L health, and strategic growth of the brand across NEH markets. You will define where to play and how to win with multi-year plans and ensure brand superiority.

Reporting to the Marketing Director in Woking, Surrey, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape the brand’s roadmap, pricing strategy, and resource allocation while driving top-line growth and market penetration in the UK

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
• Solid P&L financial understanding and pricing strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (IEE, Omni Shopper, and Media).
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the 3-year brand growth roadmap for the hub.
• Translate trends into must-win battles and resource allocation.
• Guard brand architecture while aligning with Global/Division structures.
• Set brand messaging and campaign hierarchy across ACPL framework.
• Define innovation pipeline and analyze post-launch ROI.
• Own P&L and drive top-line growth and market share.
• Define A&P budgeting aligned with growth priorities.
