Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Brand Manager - Oral Care to own the long-term brand vision and P&L health from the Surrey/Woking hub. You will shape multi-year growth plans and define where to play and how to win across UK and NEH markets.

You'll lead cross-functional teams including IEE, Omni Shopper, and Media to drive brand messaging, campaigns, and ROI post-launch. This role requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-year growth plans for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand equity and category strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Brand Growth Plan and 3-year strategic roadmap for the Hub.
• Define Must-Win battles and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IEE, Omni Shopper, Media) to execute the vision.
• Drive top-line growth, market share and margins through pricing and investments.
