Job summary

You will define “Where to Play” and “How to Win” by designing multi-year growth plans and ensuring brand superiority.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role requires strategic growth planning, brand messaging, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive top-line growth, market share, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking to grasp broad commercial approaches and brand equity.
• Strong financial understanding of P&L dynamics and pricing.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams (IEE, Omni Shopper, Media).
• Translate strategic vision into viable, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the Brand Growth Plan and 3-year strategic roadmap for the Hub.
• Define Must-Win battles and translate insights into opportunities.
• Act as guardian of brand architecture and portfolio alignment.
• Set messaging direction and manage the innovation pipeline ROI analysis.
• Own the brand’s P&L and oversee budget allocation for high-ROI activities.
