Were searching for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join this dynamic and supportive team. About the Firm

The team offers a wide variety of services and this role will see you become a key point of contact for bookkeeping and VAT matters.

The Role

As Senior Bookkeeper you will work closely with managers and directors and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients.

  • Bookkeeping up to extended trial balance
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Potential involvement in CIS and payroll depending on experience
  • Regular liaison with clients to provide support and maintain relationships
  • Using cloud accounting software to maintain accurate records
Candidate Requirements
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an accountancy practice environment
  • Strong bookkeeping and VAT experience
  • Experience using cloud accounting software (Xero QuickBooks Sage)
  • A good communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
