Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Sales Manager to drive new business development across the UK Data Centre BMS market.

You will identify opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and manage projects through tender and award, while also nurturing select strategic accounts. The role emphasizes building relationships with operators, developers, consultants and contractors, leveraging strong technical BMS knowledge to deliver commercially viable solutions and contribute to expanding the Data

Qualifications

Experience in BMS, controls or building automation sales environments.
Proven ability to win new business and develop relationships.
Comfortable discussing technical solutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of new business development across the UK Data Centre BMS market.
Identify upcoming projects and engage with key stakeholders early in the sales cycle.
Build and maintain relationships with Data Centre operators, developers, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
Develop opportunities from enquiry through tender, negotiation and contract award.
Research the market to identify new accounts, projects and revenue streams.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure commercially viable solutions.
Review specs, drawings and control requirements to establish BMS scope.
Develop quotations, proposals and presentations for customers.
Maintain contact with existing customers while expanding the client base.
Contribute to the broader commercial strategy and Data Centre division growth.
