Job summary

Bimplus in Central London is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our building automation team. You will deliver building management solutions from installation through to commissioning and ongoing support on a portfolio of commercial and data centre projects.

The role offers a basic salary between £60,000 and £75,000 plus package, and the opportunity to work across London and the Home Counties with modern BMS technologies.

Qualifications

• Experienced BMS Engineer with building automation expertise.
• Delivery from installation through to commissioning and support.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Installing, commissioning and maintaining BMS systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across building management systems.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance visits.
• Supporting project delivery from installation through to handover.
• Working closely with project managers, commissioning teams and clients.
• Producing accurate technical documentation and service reports.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with project specifications.
• Assisting with system upgrades and modifications where required.
• Providing technical support during commissioning and final project delivery.
