• Evidence of Continual Professional Development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Lead BMS during periods of absence.
• Supervise daily operations within the Routine Haematology Department.
• Oversee training and education for qualification trainees.
• Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment.
• Authorise and review test results.
• Support staff development and quality management.
