Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to analyse and review monthly billing output for ICE revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

You will issue invoices and credit-notes promptly, in line with controls, using ORMB and Oracle Cloud GL for reconciliation. The role requires strong Excel skills, billing experience, excellent communication, and a high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Generating and distributing invoices and credit-notes for products via ORMB.
• Review monthly outputs and reconcile to Oracle Cloud GL.
• Check contracts and approve orders.
• Communicate with customers, business and credit controllers to resolve queries.
• Test billing system when new products are added.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and billing data.
• Prepare statistical revenue information for finance reports and reconciliations.
• Ensure correct billing controls and protocols are followed.
• Perform ad hoc accounting duties and various reconciliations.
• Undertake reconciliations and other duties for the Financial Operations team.
