Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is expanding financial access and seeks a Billing Analyst to join the Invoicing Team in the United Kingdom. The role involves onboarding contracts, updating billing terms, handling data, and supporting month-end invoice reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing/AR, a college accounting background, and strong Excel and data skills to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with contract management, billing and/or accounts receivable responsibilities.
• College level accounting coursework; Bachelor's degree a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerQuery, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to manipulate large data sets and reconcile data.

Responsibilities

• Review and input contract terms to onboard new contracts into Billing Systems.
• Update contract billing term changes within Billing system.
• Load and manipulate large data sets to normalize data for multipurpose use.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and data analysis.
• Assist in reconciling monthly invoice entries to the ERP General Ledger.
