Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst in Greater London to analyse monthly billing outputs across revenue streams, issue accurate invoices and credit-notes promptly, and ensure controls are followed.

You will generate and distribute invoices via ORMB, reconcile outputs to Oracle Cloud GL, review contracts, liaise with customers and finance teams, and support ad hoc reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Generating and distributing invoices and credit-notes for various products through ORMB.
• Reviewing monthly outputs and reconciling to Oracle Cloud GL.
• Checking contracts and approval of orders.
• Communicating with customers, business units and Credit Controllers to resolve queries.
• Testing billing system when new products or new functionality are added.
• Maintaining confidentiality of internal financial records and billing information.
• Preparing statistical revenue information for finance reporting and monthly reconciliations.
• Ensuring correct billing controls/protocols are followed.
• Performing ad hoc accounting duties and reconciliations.
• Undertaking reconciliations and other duties as required by Financial Operations.
