Job summary

PfP Students is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender and bid processes nationwide. You will collaborate with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders to develop compelling submissions that differentiate our offering and support growth.

You will manage multiple bids, ensure compliance with client requirements, and drive continuous improvement in bidding strategy. This is a national role requiring attendance at client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level within a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government portals.
• Ability to manage multiple complex bids and tender opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across a large organisation, including influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience within Property/ Student Accommodation is preferred though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid process for PfP Students.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and identify opportunities through procurement portals.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements, company standards, and branding guidelines.
• Lead bid reviews and debriefs, monitor bid performance, and maintain a tender pipeline.
• Shape future bidding strategies through continuous improvement and market insight.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak periods.
