Life Services Group is seeking a Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager to lead the BI team across Maidenhead and Birmingham, delivering trusted reporting and analytics. The role focuses on strengthening data quality, simplifying the Tableau estate and embedding reporting across major transformation programmes.

You will balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery, driving self-service adoption and governance to enable leaders to make better decisions for families we serve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BI, reporting or data teams.
• Strong Tableau expertise with impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience reducing manual effort through automation and process improvement.
• Experience managing competing stakeholder requirements and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of data governance and trusted reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BI/analytics team across Birmingham and Maidenhead.
• Own and enhance the organisation's reporting landscape with accuracy and trust.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive self-service reporting and dashboard adoption across the business.
• Oversee Tableau environment governance and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and standardise reporting processes.
• Support key transformation initiatives by embedding reporting and insights.
• Establish governance and data quality standards for consistent information.
