Life Services Group in Maidenhead or Birmingham is seeking a Reporting & BI Manager to build trusted reporting foundations, improve data quality and simplify Tableau assets. You will lead a team across Birmingham and Maidenhead, translating business needs into insightful analytics and embedding reporting across major transformation programmes, including Falconer.

You will oversee governance, data quality and self-service adoption, delivering dashboards that enable leaders to make better

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and developing a BI, reporting or data team.
• Strong Tableau expertise with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience automating processes to reduce manual effort.
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder requirements and influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience delivering reporting solutions to support operations and strategy.
• Experience driving self-service reporting adoption.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
