Job summary

Zego is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to transform data into strategic insights. You will enable cross‑functional teams to make informed, data‑driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with Pricing, Claims, and Fraud teams, build robust dashboards (Looker, Excel), and support forecasting and modelling to bridge commercial activity with insurance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics teams and partnering with the business to report, analyse, and draw insights from data.
• Understanding of how to connect commercial and insurance metrics with a solid grasp of claims processes.
• Experience building dashboards with Looker and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pricing, Claims & Fraud teams and senior leadership to identify KPIs influencing conversion and performance.
• Design and implement ETL processes; ingest and monitor quality of claims data.
• Monitor performance, conduct ad-hoc analyses, share actionable insights with senior leaders.
