Zego, a London-based insurance tech company, is seeking a Data Engineer to join our data engineering function and help build and maintain the data platform powering our ambitious growth.

This hands-on role focuses on scalable, reliable pipelines, collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Product, and applying an AI-first mindset to move faster while ensuring quality and security.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on with modern data stacks including Python, SQL, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and Spark.
• Experience deploying via AWS, Docker and Terraform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines and related systems.
• Ensure data is modeled to meet analytics, data science, and ops needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the data roadmap.
