Job summary

You will translate complex requirements into data models, dashboards, and actionable insights for operations and leadership, while driving continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and present to senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and ERP-enabled digital transformations is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and validate requirements using AI capabilities and user stories.
• Define KPIs, benefits realisation, and data models for agile delivery.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
• Lead change management activities, training, and adoption efforts.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and oversee PoC delivery within ERP context.
