Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, part of Cencora, is seeking a Senior Analyst to bridge logistics operations, technology, and AI within our 3PL network. This hybrid role can be based in London or Woking.

You will drive order management, finance operations, and data analytics, translating business needs into actionable AI-driven improvements and KPI-focused outcomes. Join us to deliver data-driven insights, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and partner with AI/automation

Formación

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience in business analysis, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using AI capabilities.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and data models for Agile teams.
Define KPIs and benefits realisation frameworks for initiatives.
Act as liaison for 3PL Customer Services, Order management and Finance teams for transformation.
Present findings and business cases to senior leadership.
Support change management activities — training, communications, adoption tracking.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
Identify AI/ML and automation opportunities across programmes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess applicability to programmes.
Champion low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of digital initiatives prioritized by impact and feasibility.
