Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to drive AI-enabled improvements across our 3PL warehouse operations in London or Woking. You will bridge logistics, technology, and finance, delivering data-driven insights through dashboards and KPI models.

You will shape requirements, manage stakeholders, and champion a data-driven culture while advancing a digital transformation agenda using BI tools and low-code automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Lean principles certification or equivalent process improvement training.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven problem-solving.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements.
• Experience with BI tools and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using AI and analytics capabilities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, data models, and specifications for Agile teams.
• Define KPIs, benefits realisation, and ROI for initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and oversee PoCs in collaboration with data teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data needs for AI/ML model development.
• Support change management with training, communications, and adoption tracking.
