Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive AI-powered analytics across our 3PL order management and finance operations. You will blend logistics operations, technology, and data science to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions within an ERP environment.

You will lead requirements, data modeling, and KPI definition while championing a data-driven culture and leveraging AI, RPA, and low-code tools in a hybrid London/Woking setting.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using techniques and AI capabilities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and data models for Agile teams.
• Define KPIs and benefits realization frameworks for initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and oversee PoC delivery.
