Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and lean certs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in logistics/3PL or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools and agile delivery methods is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, elicit requirements, and translate into user stories and data models.
• Engage stakeholders, present business cases, and drive change across teams.
• Build dashboards/reports and define data requirements for AI/ML initiatives.
• Identify AI, automation, and digital acceleration opportunities and run PoCs.
• Apply domain knowledge to warehouse and transport operations in a regulated setting.
