• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with 3PL or logistics operations is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven improvements using AI or automation.

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Translate requirements into user stories and data models for Agile delivery teams.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and oversee PoC delivery.
