Job summary
Alliance Healthcare is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the 3PL division, acting at the intersection of logistics operations, technology, and AI-driven change. You will translate business needs into actionable solutions, support business cases, and drive measurable outcomes across order management, finance, and customer services within an ERP framework.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with 3PL or logistics operations is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven improvements using AI or automation.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for transformation initiatives.
- Translate requirements into user stories and data models for Agile delivery teams.
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
- Identify AI/automation opportunities and oversee PoC delivery.
