Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its 3PL team, operating at the intersection of logistics, technology, and AI-driven innovation. You will focus on order management, finance operations, and customer services around an ERP, identifying AI, RPA, and analytics opportunities to transform 3PL services.

You will translate business needs into actionable solutions, support business cases, and drive measurable outcomes across the operation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Lean principles certifications.

Analytical rigour with data-driven problem-solving.
Excellent communication and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using AI capabilities and a range of techniques.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and data models for Agile delivery teams.
Perform gap and root-cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Define KPIs, benefits realisation frameworks, and success metrics for initiatives.
Act as liaison for 3PL operations stakeholders for transformation initiatives.
Present findings and business cases to senior leadership with clarity.
Support change management activities, including training and communications.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, sprint reviews, and steering committee meetings.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with data engineering to define data requirements for AI/ML models.
Champion a data-driven culture within the 3PL business.
Identify and champion AI/ML and automation opportunities across programs.
Partner with teams to design AI-augmented workflows and oversee PoC delivery.
Stay updated on AI technologies and assess applicability to workstreams.
Promote adoption of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of digital initiatives prioritized by impact and feasibility.
Extensively experienced in Warehouse/Transport tech and operating models.
