Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive innovative 3PL solutions at the intersection of logistics, technology, and AI.

You will translate business needs into actionable solutions, support business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes across operations. You will build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards, collaborate with data engineering, and champion a data-driven culture across the programme of work.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Suite and portal technology solutions.
Experience developing B2B and B2C client integration middleware.
Operational experience in a logistics environment, preferably 3PL.
Experience with AI/automation initiatives in operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using AI capabilities.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and data models for Agile teams.
Define KPIs, benefits realisation, and dashboards for leadership.
Build dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau) for operations and leadership.
Collaborate with data engineering to define data needs for AI/ML models.
Champion a data-driven culture across the 3PL business.
Lead cross-functional workshops and steering committee meetings.
