Job summary

Clearly Drinks Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory and outsourced logistics. You will steer teams through the Planning Manager, Senior Buyer and Warehouse Team Leader to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within an FMCG supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical skills applied to forecasting, inventory and logistics performance.
• ERP/MRP expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience negotiating and managing suppliers.
• Leadership in fast-moving environments and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain function through the Planning Manager, Senior Buyer and Warehouse Team Leader.
• Chair the S&OP process to align customer demand, production capability and supply capacity.
• Ensure inventory levels are optimised to balance service, resilience and working capital.
• Lead procurement strategy through the Senior Buyer and oversee supplier relationships to deliver value and continuity.
• Act as senior owner for the 3PL partner, ensuring service, cost and stock integrity standards.
• Monitor logistics performance through KPI governance and partnership collaboration.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks and drive long-term improvements.
