Job summary

Whatnot, the leading live shopping platform, is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst for Europe and APAC to scale global benefits and leave programs. You will own day-to-day administration, support complex leave cases, and partner with Payroll, Legal, People Ops and Vendors across multiple countries.

You’ll operate independently in a fast-growing environment, building processes from scratch, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation, while keeping the employee experience simple and clear.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, leave administration, or total rewards operations.
• Experience administering international benefits programs across UK, Ireland, Europe and APAC.
• Strong knowledge of country-specific benefits, pension, leave, and accommodation practices.
• Experience with Workday benefits, leave, or absence modules.
• Strong payroll reconciliation skills and vendor file management.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits across Europe and APAC with brokers and internal teams.
• Manage enrollments, life events, terminations, and documentation across countries.
• Support vendor renewals, plan changes, and employee communications.
• Oversee end-to-end leave administration across Europe and APAC.
• Coordinate leave pay, top-ups, deductions, and related compliance.
