Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist for EMEA to lead end-to-end benefits administration across EMEA and India from its London office. You will own renewal lifecycles, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Compliance, and Legal.

You will design communication strategies, lead enrollment presentations, and drive regional projects to standardize processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience managing complex benefits renewals and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA and India benefits regulations and benchmarking.
• Proven project management with timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong vendor management and renewal logistics.
• Proficient in spreadsheets for financial quotes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and time-off programs across EMEA and India.
• Serve as senior contact for employee queries across EMEA and India and coordinate with regional specialists.
• Create and manage project plan and timeline for all EMEA renewals, organise vendor meetings.
• Collect and format reports (quotes, utilization, claims) plus benchmarking data.
• Drive renewal execution with Workday updates, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Draft communications and lead Open Enrollment and renewal presentations.
• Lead regional benefits projects and policy alignments for operational improvements.
• Partner with brokers/vendors and ensure SLAs; conduct audits for data integrity.
