Catalyst Partners is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of UK and EMEA employee benefits, pensions, wellbeing and mobility programmes. You will manage a regional team, work with external advisers and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset and experience shaping benefit strategies to support growth and M&A activity. London-based with regional responsibilities.

Competenze

• Senior Benefits Manager or similar senior benefits role in financial services or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programmes including healthcare and retirement.
• Demonstrable UK pensions expertise with exposure to international pensions.
• Understanding of legal/regulatory landscape governing employee benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

• Design UK and EMEA employee benefits programmes aligned to business objectives.
• Act as subject matter expert for UK pensions; manage advisers and providers.
• Ensure benefit programmes comply with legal and governance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Manage benefits vendors, consultants and external partners to deliver value.
• Lead regional wellbeing strategy and enhance employee engagement and experience.
• Oversee global mobility activity and M&A-related workstreams.
