A leading financial services company seeks a Benefits Specialist for an exciting opportunity within its benefits team. This role focuses on managing daily UK and EU benefits operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The position is remote, requiring a minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant role.

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not mandatory.
The role involves being a central contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
You must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and your own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
