The One Group offers an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company leading in the financial services industry.
This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits; EU benefits knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, be able to work independently, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and own necessary IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
