Ravenscliffe High School is seeking a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to develop a new Behaviour Intervention Team and shape targeted behaviour support across learner pathways. You will coordinate interventions, work with the Head of Student Wellbeing and collaborate with staff, families and external professionals to secure the best outcomes.

This role combines strategic development with direct impact on students, in a specialist setting that values wellbeing, inclusion and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting children and young people with SEND and complex behavioural needs.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, emotional regulation and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire others.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate targeted interventions and Positive Behaviour Support across pathways.
• Support students through periods of challenge and remove barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external professionals to secure outcomes.
• Develop staff expertise and promote consistent practice across the school.
