Enrich Academy is seeking a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to join our passionate and hardworking team.

Working closely with SLT, the SENDCo, teachers and support staff, you will plan, implement and review holistic one-to-one or small group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will help them achieve their full potential and support the process of transitioning pupils back into mainstream or specialist education.
