Beacon Hill Academy is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team in driving a whole-school behaviour strategy. You will lead targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to keep pupils safe.

You will have line management responsibilities, deliver training, analyse behaviour data, and engage with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and raise outcomes for all learners.
