Job summary

Bilton CofE Junior School in Rugby is seeking a skilled Behaviour and Inclusion Lead to drive inclusive practice and targeted support for pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs. You will work with the Head of School, SEND Co, safeguarding team and families to implement effective strategies.

You will lead on behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, attendance and family support, developing systems, coaching staff and translating ideas into classroom impact.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone calm, relational, and solutions-focused.
• Experience in supporting children with behavioural, SEMH or pastoral needs.
• Ability to plan and deliver targeted support or interventions.
• Comfortable working with staff, families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our approach to behaviour and inclusion.
• Identify children who need additional support at an early stage.
• Coordinate pastoral and inclusion support for vulnerable pupils.
• Develop and evaluate behaviour and SEMH interventions.
• Strengthen inclusive classroom practice with teachers and support staff.
• Coach colleagues and model effective approaches.
• Ensure integration of behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, attendance and family support.
• Use data to identify patterns and improve provision.
