Job summary

THG Beauty, the digital arm behind LOOKFANTASTIC, is seeking a Senior Digital Activation Executive in Manchester to lead data-driven paid media for brand partners. You will collaborate with influencers and in‑house design to craft multi‑platform plans and drive ROI across campaigns.

The role offers deep exposure to performance marketing, retail media and eCommerce, with opportunities to grow within THG’s global beauty portfolio and digital strategy leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Self‑starter with strong presentation and relationship skills.
• Passion for beauty and retail media industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co‑develop data‑driven paid media activity.
• Collaborate with influencer team to commission best‑in‑class influencer assets for media repurposing.
• Develop and pitch multi‑platform digital media plans to drive brand partner growth.
• Manage mid & post‑campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts and ROI.
