Job summary

Flourish in London seeks a Sales & Business Development Manager to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting projects from £300k to £2m. You will generate new business, prepare tender submissions, and align with leaders and the MD on commercial materials.

The role requires strong forecasting, client-facing negotiation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and finance to deliver viable proposals. London-based opportunity with confidential process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-value pipelines (£10m+), with forecasting and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to quote, write proposals and deliver tender submissions.
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance or project-based service delivery, or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance and finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027 with project sizes from £300k to £2m.
• Secure a minimum of five new independent business clients per year through prospecting and networking.
• Prepare tender submissions, capability documents, and commercial materials with input from leaders and MD.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
• Track pipeline performance, forecast and report to leadership weekly/monthly.
