Job summary

Flourish, a London-based boutique IT consulting and managed services firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in managed services and cybersecurity with mid-to-large UK organisations.

You will own the full new-logo sales cycle, build an outbound pipeline, and position security offerings to CISOs and senior IT stakeholders in a hybrid London role.

Qualifications

• Experience closing new logos in managed services or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to build outbound pipeline and convert prospects.
• Comfort selling security and managed services to security-conscious buyers.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with focus on new business growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generating and closing new business for managed services and cybersecurity propositions, with full ownership of the new-logo sales cycle.
• Building a strong outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Positioning security and managed services credibly to security-conscious buyers — CISOs, IT Directors, and senior IT stakeholders.
• Representing the firm at a senior level to prospective clients across mid-to-large UK organisations.
