Lancer Scott, based in Bristol, is expanding its senior leadership in business development to secure high-value, multi-year facilities management contracts. You will navigate long tender cycles and position the company to win major public frameworks, PPPs, and outsourced agreements through strategic networking.

We seek a proven BD professional with a network among developers and contractors, capable of leading negotiations, collaborating with bid teams, and ensuring profitable long-term delivery

Competenze

• Proven BD success securing multi-million contracts in construction or FM.
• Evidence of pursuing and securing complex multi-site contracts.
• Deep understanding of IFM structures and public procurement rules.
• Active network among developers, main contractors, or procurement execs.
• Ability to assess margins, labour costs, compliance and risks.
• Knowledge of Social Value reporting and commitments.
• Excellent presentations and pitches to executives and boards.

• Secure high-value, multi-year Facilities Management contracts.
