Sphere Solutions is recruiting a Business Development Director for a loyal client, a regional Main Contractor. This role focuses on Commercial New Build, Refurbishment/ Fit Out, Cladding/Facade, and Residential projects up to £40M.

The role will be based across Bristol and Exeter offices, with 3–4 days per week in Bristol and 1–2 days per week in Exeter, and travel between the two regions.

You will lead bid teams, build strategic client relationships, and drive growth across the regional business.
