Job summary

Gazelle Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in clinical trial supply and comparator sourcing across pharma, biotech and CROs. You will build strategic relationships and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ BD experience in comparator sourcing or clinical trial supply.
• Proven track record of closing high-value comparator deals.
• Strong understanding of the pharma/clinical trials landscape.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharma, biotech and CRO clients.
• Manage full sales cycle including proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pricing, and negotiations.
• Attend conferences and represent the business in the market.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
