Qualifications

• PhD in life science, chemistry or pharmacy preferred.
• MSc with project management or clinical experience acceptable.
• Confident communicator by phone and email.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Living within commuting distance of Marlow or willing to relocate.
• Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available; Graduate visa holders are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial comparator supply projects end to end.
• Source licensed medicines from manufacturers worldwide.
• Negotiate price and secure documentation (CoA, stability data, MSDS, SPC).
• Arrange export paperwork and logistics.
• Keep pharmaceutical and CRO clients informed at every stage.
• Learn under Head of Project Management with full training on the company's systems.
