Job summary

Alfa-Executive Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director to lead growth in energy and engineering consultancy markets. You will shape and execute strategic BD plans, target major operators and asset owners, and position our technical services for long-term revenue expansion.

The role requires a strong track record in engineering or technical consultancy, exceptional stakeholder engagement with senior executives, and a history of closing high-value contracts across UK and international

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related technical/commercial discipline.
Significant track record in business development, commercial leadership or strategic account management in engineering/energy/technical consultancy.
Proven success in major contract wins, revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Strong industry relationships and ability to engage senior technical/executive stakeholders UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies across engineering, energy and infrastructure markets.
Establish and maintain senior relationships with major operators, developers, asset owners and partners.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, strategic bids and framework opportunities with engineering leadership.
Contribute to broader strategy, market expansion and key account development.
