Job summary

Worley in London is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across multi-sector energy, chemicals and infrastructure. You will own account plans, qualify opportunities, and lead pursuit activities with senior leadership.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams, shaping winning strategies and guiding bids through Worley's governance process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Industry experience, preferably with some in the UK and across Worley sectors.
• Strong interest in sales, solutions focused, with a drive to ‘win’.
• Thrive in externally facing role that relies on relationship building, collaboration and problem solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK account plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across sectors and portfolios.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and progress opportunities.
• Develop market awareness and identify emerging trends and drivers.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead or support pursuit teams to win opportunities.
• Coordinate proposal development with internal teams.
