Qualifications

• Two years' CDP Baker experience in upscale settings.
• Culinary school degree required.
• Strong management in multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of guest service standards and timelines.
• Basic accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery operations and daily production.
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate bakery staff.
• Ensure bread production quality and presentation for daily menus.
• Prepare production forecasts and minimize leftovers to control costs.
• Coordinate bread display setup for buffets and outlets.
• Maintain USPH compliance and sanitation in daily tasks.
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate production recaps.
