Job summary

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Asset Sales group as we scale our AI-native FinTech platform. You’ll build distributed C#/.NET microservices on Azure, operate in an event-driven architecture, and own features end-to-end from idea to production.

This fully remote role supports teams across the UK, Europe and Africa, with a focus on delivering financial inclusion at scale for Everyday Earners.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of C# and .NET development.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Microservices on Azure with Kubernetes; observability tooling.
• DevOps culture with on-call/production ownership; distributed teams.

Responsibilities
