M-KOPA is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its Asset Sales group to scale its FinTech platform. You will build and operate distributed C#/.NET microservices on Azure within an event-driven architecture at scale, owning the stack end-to-end from idea through production and iteration.

The role emphasizes outcomes over hours, and welcomes AI tooling usage to improve design, testing, incident investigation, and production reliability. Remote and flexi working are available.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and microservices.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
• On-call/production ownership and DevOps mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software stack from idea to production and iteration.
