Senior Back End Developer

Futureheads have exclusively partnered with a high‑growth FinTech building institutional infrastructure for digital assets, and we are looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join their team.

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll work closely alongside the Business Owner and the Head of Engineering to spearhead the backend development of a B2B client‑facing exchange platform built in Rust.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead backend development for the B2B client‑facing exchange platform in Rust.
• Lead on functionality areas such as Market Making (MM), OTC Spot, Staking, and Loans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure.

Compensation & Location

The setup is hybrid in Paris (negotiable and could be remote first) with up to €110k bonus, supported by a strong engineering culture and a global footprint.
