Job summary

Cawood Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across Agriculture, Animal Health and Environment. You will develop strategy, partners with commercial teams and manage external agencies to deliver measurable impact.

You will work closely with the Director of Product and collaborate with sales, laboratory teams, and technical specialists within the One EBI community to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing plans.
• Experience driving measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Ability to translate technical subjects into customer propositions.
• Knowledge of marketing mix: content, digital, email, social, events, analytics.
• Experience managing agencies and budgets.
• Collaborating with sales, product and business development teams.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and data-driven decisions.
