Qualifications

• Advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, agronomy, or related field.
• 10+ years in technical-commercial, business development, or product development roles in formulation-driven industries.
• Experience translating customer needs into business opportunities.
• Experience supporting commercialization of differentiated technologies.
• Proven ability to operate in global, matrixed environments and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer development initiatives that create demand and accelerate adoption of Agriculture Solutions technologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and shape technical-commercial growth opportunities aligned with Agriculture Solutions business objectives.
• Develop and lead customer co-development programs, translating customer challenges into differentiated technical solutions and commercialization pathways.
• Provide technical-commercial leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs, innovation priorities, and business goals.
• Influence technical validation strategies, application development activities, and customer adoption plans.
