Job summary

ProBio, a GenScript subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Campaign and Content Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel marketing programs across the lifecycle. You will translate business priorities into customer‑centric campaigns, working with Product Management, Commercial, Scientific SMEs, and Regional teams to strengthen ProBio's market position and drive growth.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing within life sciences, with a proven track record in strategic planning and delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing or related roles, preferably life sciences.
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to translate business priorities into campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building customer journeys and value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or advanced scientific qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to priorities.
• Lead complex integrated campaigns from strategy to optimization.
• Translate corporate and product strategies into marketing programs.
• Manage campaign plans, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Scientific SMEs.
• Present strategies and results to senior leadership.
